Christmas Crafting

I have just loved going in to visit Liz's new shop this week. If you are in Timaru, you just have visit Artfull Crafts - just recently moved in next to Shine. It's fab! I bought this lovely Kaisercraft wreath after seeing Louise working on hers. I loved putting it together and I entered it in Liz's challenge which I WON! Yay! It was a draw. I think it needs a lot more "bling" added - I have bought chipboard lettering and ribbons to dress it up.
The prize was a gorgeous set of Christmassy papers, so now I have to come up with something nice to use them for.

Liz's challenge this week is to create party favours. I have these $1 scratchies for guests on Christmas Day and I wanted to dress them up. Matthew thinks they look good as a crown! But I made little wallets to slide them into. I thought of going with the Christmas theme - red and green, Santas, snowflakes etc - but the scratchies are summery and bright, so I went with that instead. The jandal, sun and sunnies stamps are from a mini Inkadinkado set. I think they are cool and best of all they are quick - I want to make a fair few more. :-)If you have some ideas for Christmas party favours, mosey along to the Artfull Crafts blog and enter Liz's challenge - her prizes are always lovely!
