Create a card inspired by the theme of "Peace"... h'mmm. I could have done many things, but the Christmas theme kept returning to me. I never get sick of Christmas themed cards. There are so many lovely Christmas scenes. Anyway, here is my entry for the Stampin Sisters in Christ challenge this week (Challenge 30) - and early as it may seem, the theme is Christmas!I have just started playing around with my new stamp. I had it made up for Mum, who has actually decided she wants a different picture, but that's ok because I had some other ideas myself. Hopefully more on the new design in a week or so. I am having fun with the gold leaf on this one - although if anyone has any tips in how to handle gold leaf I would love to hear them!

  1. The birth of Christ is such a peaceful reminder of His great love for us. This was a perfect image for this week's challenge! I love your card!
Thank you for playing along with us at SSCC!

  2. I am with you the scenes of Christmas are peaceful. After all, He is the Prince of Peace. Thanks for sharing your art with us at SSCC.
