My sister turned 30 this month, and I have decorated Mum's Everyday Display to mark the event. The hardest part was selecting the photos - there are just far too many gorgeous photos of Vicki as a baby. 
The papers I have used are from Creative Memories' Delight Baby Girl set - love those beautiful shades - and I used honeydew cardstock for the tags. I also used the scallop, mini circle and tag makers.
